Is breast enlargement common in men been on sertraline for about a year now 200mg,s a day now !!?

Hi, laddie! Gynecomastia (breast tenderness and/or enlargement), although a rare side effect of antidepressants, is easily treatable in males by changing the antidepressant or by the addition of male hormones to your medication regimen.
Yes, contact your doctor letting her/him know about this effect for advice and to rule out any other medical condition..
