I have found a small blue pill with what looks like Saturn on it. I can't seem to find anywhere even in supplements. What is it and can it be fatal to a teenager?

It is an oral steroid used by body builders to cut body fat. It is not legal in the USA. Won't be fatal but it will shrink his 'parts'.
