What is the best medicine for autism in young children that are 10 years old?

He doesn't see a doctor right now because he has been off his medicine for like 3 or 4 years now and they refuse to give him his medicine because they want me to get his blood work done but it's hard getting blood drawn from a child with autism and I have always had the bad outcome of it because he would scratch whoever he could get his hands on plus he doesn't go to school because they don't want to have to change him as he is not potty trained and he can't be potty trained he doesn't have a mind of a 1 year old and he is 10 and very aggressive towards others he also has a brother who is 9 years old with ADHD and a brother who is 2 and he doesn't have anything

I will never give up on faith I am trying to research and find out more about the disease and what medicine is best for him because I love my son unconditionally and I just want the best for him
