Personally I would recommend you talk to your son´s Dr. about Abilify.
"Abilify is also used in children at least 6 years old to treat Tourette's disorder and to treat symptoms related to autistic disorder (irritability, aggression, mood swings, temper tantrums, and self-injury)."

List of meds with reviews:
He doesn't see a doctor right now because he has been off his medicine for like 3 or 4 years now and they refuse to give him his medicine because they want me to get his blood work done but it's hard getting blood drawn from a child with autism and I have always had the bad outcome of it because he would scratch whoever he could get his hands on plus he doesn't go to school because they don't want to have to change him as he is not potty trained and he can't be potty trained he doesn't have a mind of a 1 year old and he is 10 and very aggressive towards others he also has a brother who is 9 years old with ADHD and a brother who is 2 and he doesn't have anything
I truly wish circumstances were different for you and your family, never lose your faith.
I will never give up on faith I am trying to research and find out more about the disease and what medicine is best for him because I love my son unconditionally and I just want the best for him
I am only trying to help you, I sense a bit of hostility and again, I am only trying to give you the best of my knowledge so you can help your family.
