Can the b.c.g. migrate into the testicles and therefore into the semen? and if we abstain from intercourse, is it dangerous for my husbands semen to touch me anywhere else? (i.e. masturbation) sorry to be so graphic, but this is an honest question. also, he has only received 2 treatments so far, but is beginning to experience severe shortness of breath and is beginning to get a rash (no postules, just redness) on the back of his neck... needless to say we are full of questions and concerns.

Use a condom, and wait 48 hours, after each treatment. Wait for six weeks , after treatment is done, before resumming normally.
Obviously the doctor who gave the treatments should have explained these things to you. Here is info on it https://www.drugs.com/sfx/bcg-side-effects.html. BCG is a live bacteria, that is why you pour bleach into the toilet, and why you can't have sex. He can transmit the bacteria into you through his urethra (the tube from his bladder).
whoops, forgot something, here is the other link I wanted to send you https://www.drugs.com/mtm/bcg-intravesical.html
