Hi. According to the write up on this under the drugs section it says not to use in the nose. So if you are not using it there and it does not have a petroleum base you are safe.
Check the ingredients carefully. For example, i was told that the only thing for chapped lips I can use is Bert's bees because they do not use a petroleum product. Of course all of that including facial creams and such is prevent fire hazard and problems with the oxygen tubing getting coated.
Never hurts to call the pharmacist. they are a gold mine of information.
I have not heard of any contraindication of using Bactroban even if you are on oxygen. I think you should be safe.
