I am trying to control my blood sugar with diet and stay off meds. ACV is a good natural way to lower it but my Dr put me on 10 mg of lisinopril for BP.
Can I take Apple Cider Vinegar while taking lisinopril?

Is it OK to take apple cider gummies while taking lisinopril?
I take a modest amount of ACV 1-2 tablespoons each day and 10mg of lisinopril has seemingly worked to bring my BP down in two months from 140-160 at times to hover around 125-130
Yes, I take lisinopril and spironolactone, both potassium sparing, so I occasionally use ACV with Mother and Organic so my all ready high potassium levels in blood test don't give me too high potassium. I feel better when I drink it.
