Does anyone have issues with severe GERD as begin to take Rybelsus?

You do not mention diabetes, but the Rybelsus definition has it as a major reason for its use. I've had severe Gerd for over 35 years. I take a 40mg of Prilosec twice each day and one 40mg Pepcid as well. I have an esophageal hernia (Schatzki ring) which caused food stoppage and a visit to the ER more than once. I don't have diabetes. I would like more detail to understand your condition. In all fairness, that detail may not have fit into the limited space of the question.
