I am having many side effects while taking dapsone. As a female hair loss has been extreme. Will my hair come back if I stop dapsone?
Has anyone had extreme hair loss while taking dapsone? Is the hair loss reversible?

One of the side effects of dapsone is lupus erythematus "autoimmune disease attacks the healthy tissues" one of its symptoms is hair loss.
For treatment of lupus erythmatus immunosuppressive drugs are recommended as corticosteroids.
But these immunosuppressive drugs are contraindicated with elderly, diabetics, hypertension, pregnancy, renal impairment and others ..
Any way you can't stop taking Dapsone if prescribed for sure without talking to your doctor ☺
