I checked several web sites dealing with drug interaction and each site indicated no issues with taking all three together, however, pharmacy would not sell me Robitussin with my prescription for Tesalon Perls (Benzonatate)
Any issues with taking Benzonatate with Robitussin and Mucinex?

two depressants and a stimulant are you crazy, one minute you;ll be dopy the next minute you;ll be flying like a kite , if your taking tessalon (benzonatate) you will not need robitussin . and you;ll not be needing mucinex either . do not mix these drugs unless you wnat to feel like crap
Your pharmacist may have felt that if you needed Robitussin your doctor would have also prescribed it...
Coughs are best treated with just one type of cough mixture / treatment at a time.
If the Benzonatate does not work then you could try the Robitussin.
All the best.
