Amoxicillin/Clavulanate - What is the typical dose for someone weighing approx. 130 lbs?

If you're an adult your weight has nothing to do with it but the infection its for can. A respiratory infection or a severe one would be 875mg every 12 hours. A milder one would be 500mg every 12.
