I'm on amitryptiline for daily tension headaches it works well.I need magnesium so I got magnesium glycinate..not finding any interactions..is it OK?

I called Walgreen's they said it was ok so I've just been separating them an hour or 2 at night and been good so far:)

o that's good to hear, what doses of amitriptyline and magnesium do u find helps? is the magnesium also just for tension headache?

I need it for my heart racing..alot of complicated thyroid stuff right now:)But yes its to help headaches as well!

my heart races aswell but i was putting it down to the amitriptyline increase over the last five days from 100 to 150mg along with other stuff
