Can I take Aleve if I'm allergic to ibuprofen
No--you should not take naproxen and ibuprofen within 8 hours of each other. These are both NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug) and can increase the chance of stomach bleeding. For example, if you take 400mg ibuprofen at 8am, you should not take any naproxen until around 4 or 5pm. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
