Patient had elevated BAC while taking the medication. Has anyone seen or heard of this while taking this medication? ( I did ask the patient why was he drinking alcohol with Covid and he states he was symptom free)
Alcohol consumption and Paxlovid?

I have been on Paxlovid twice over the last 2 years. I don't know how I managed to get COVID more than anyone I know, but I ended up getting it 4 times. At least I had COVID-like symptomology and 4 positive COVID tests (PCR) to boot.
Anyhow, I am a regular drinker -- live in wine-country. I drink wine pretty much every day. That said, I just wanted to throw out my own personal experience of not presenting with or noticing any elevated BAC while on Pax. I'm curious how it was that this was measured and if you've since found an answer to your question as well as to whether you've seen this since, in any other patients.
