The Manufacturer's advice is that you are not covered against pregnancy for any further sexual intercourse you have once you've taken the drug. Therefore, you should take another dose if you've had unprotected sex again.
Be aware that the short term side effects may be more intense and/or prolonged, than had you just taken 1 dose. I have spoken with many who've had the same experiences.
Your other option is to have a paragard iud fitted within 5 days of the original unprotected sex. That can act as emergency contraception by preventing the pregnancy from implanting.
None of these emergency contraceptive pills are guaranteed to prevent pregnancy, they're just worth a try in a total emergency.
I'm assuming that in saying you had an incident, you mean unprotected sex, again.
