Yes, tamoxifen exacerbates menopausal symptoms including facial hair growth.
The hair growth is more a direct effect of tamoxifen-induced menopause as opposed to a side effect of tamoxifen.
Have you considered trying a hair removal cream available from your pharmacy?
You may need to take a potassium supplement to resolve the muscle cramps. Vitamin B complex may resolve the tiredness that you experience. Of course you should check w/your Dr. I'm praying with & 4 you.
