I can only second Maso's research. I can't find any research this either.

Methocarbamol is used in the treatment of muscle spasm; opiate withdrawal; tetanus and belongs to the drug class skeletal muscle relaxants.

With regards to possible sexual side effects, they are not listed or have not been reported as of now.
