I have had a fever of close to 101F for 5 days (negative for flu/COVID), with headaches and neck and back pain, and for the last two days Advil has not been reducing it, although Advil had previously been reducing it. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow morning but I would like to know if there is anything I can d o in the meantime to reduce my fever. Thank you.

I would recommend you try Paracetamol for the fever, brand names: Tylenol, Panadol, Calpol. Also ask for the advice of the Pharmacist.
It is important that if you are on other medications you let the Pharmacist know so you can avoid potential interactions.
