Adipex-P - I'm having pretty bad headaches, what can I take??

Kgalloway; Yes this is a listed side effect of Adipex p, What you should do is give your doctor a call and they may want to try something else or at least they can tell you what you can take to help with the headaches. Good luck to you, But it's always best to be safe than sorry. Call them in the morning.
