i decided not to give my son his adderall and threw it in the garbage, the next day i decided that maybe he needs it to help calm him down, the capsules had gotten a little wet & i just didnt know if they were still going to be effective?
Is adderall still effective if it gets wet?

Being that Adderall is an Amphetamine Salt, any moisture will quickly absorb into the moisture and leave very little, if any, actual amphetamine. What’s likely to remain is the chalky orange coating. Sorry.

It's probably best not to use a wet adderall tablet - the manufacturers recommend that they are stored away from moisture.

Store Adderall at room temperature, between 68 and 77 degrees F (20 and 25 degrees C). Store away from heat, light, and moisture. Keep Adderall out of the reach of children and away from pets."
