Will I be okay?
I accidentally took naproxen when I had already taken meloxicam 15mg 3 hours earlier.

How much Naproxen did you take?
I believe I have taken Mobic RX & Naproxen (2-3 tabs) within the same day before & I was fine; however, YMMV of course. How are you feeling? If you took a lot of Naproxen this may be especially concerning, but if you are on no other medications my best advice would be to monitor how you feel for about an hour or so. If you don’t have any adverse side effects, you will most likely be fine tonight. Best to you!
