I can give my wife 5-6 orgasms with a wonderful erection but when it is my turn I lose my erection and can’t have an orgasm. It is very frustration and I feel bad for my wife as she tries a lot to help me. Why does this happen?
I am a 70 year old and take Viagra. I lose my erection after a short time?

This is not a side effect of viagra. This is a sequelae resulting from a chronic fear of being sexually ineffectual. When the fear becomes an overwhelm during sex there is nothing that will maintain your erection because an erection cannot be maintained in a state of extreme anxiety. What you should do is, after you have taken Viagra, have your wife pleasure you first. It appears to me that you are locked in a role in your sexual interactions with your wife where you put her needs first which would be OK if you didn't have erectile dysfunction based in extreme anxiety over not being able to get an erection. I have dealt with countless cases like this as a psychiatrist. If your wife really cares about helping you resolve this she should want to pleasure you first. Then perhaps you'll have enough confidence to pleasure her. The success rate for this approach with my clients has been close to 70%. Give it a try. Keep trying if it doesn't work at first. Good luck and best of outcomes .
I am taking Viagra and my erection is good through the Love play, but at the point of entry it starts to fade away an after entering my partner... I lose it. I know you shouldn't take more than what is prescribed, my dosage is 100 MG and I have taken 1 and a half at times and even 2; there were know after affects to me doing that BUT! my erection or the lack of one is the same. Does being with a new partner after the death of my wife after 45 years be the reason?
A rare side effect of Viagra is:
sexual problems in men (continuing), including failure to experience a sexual orgasm
You must inform this side effect to your Dr..
I have never found any studies or even anecdotal evidence to support this theory -since that is all it is. If you believe it is truly a side effect of viagra then show me your evidence. It can't just be a belief. Or conjecture.
Some side effects may occur that usually do not need medical attention. These side effects may go away during treatment as your body adjusts to the medicine. Also, your health care professional may be able to tell you about ways to prevent or reduce some of these side effects. Check with your health care professional if any of the following side effects continue or are bothersome or if you have any questions about them:
