At 6 weeks, you would have passed a blob of fetal cells or "contents of conception" tissue and you would know it if you did! It sounds to me like it didnt work. You need to see a Dr now. More than likely you will have to have a surgical abortion as misoprostol causes severe birth defects!

Or that it didn't work at all. It is only about 40% effective. Get checked by a dr. If it didn't work, the baby will be damaged, and if it worked partially it can spell trouble for you.
