it bothers me that there are non-professionals answering these questions on here. If the answers are coming from a doctor or medical professional person it would be different, but these answers could actually be coming from a 12 year old or a mentally unbalanced person. Ask your doctor questions like this, you'll stay safer that way.

both of these drugs slow your heart rate down, they are rarely lethal at such a low dose but under certain circumstances and depending on the health of your heart and body size etc... its can slow your heart down so much that you slip into a coma and die. be careful not to exceed that current dose, I recently lost a really close friend because he had been on 2 mg of Xanax and beyond 15 mg of hydros

may be helping you sleep, but they aren't "perfectly fine" together, i'm not disowning the relevancy of your answer just don't want someone dying to thinking they are safe together.
