Is the newest version of Ativan
Pill imprint Logo 57 has been identified as Lorazepam 0.5 mg, (generic for Ativan) used for the treatment of anxiety and related conditions.
It is the newer version of this pill R 57 https://www.drugs.com/imprints/r-57-16968.html which has the Actavis logo (like a half moon) instead of the R.
Description: Each white to off-white, round tablet debossed with the Actavis logo on one side and 57 on the other side, contains 0.5 mg of Lorazepam
