The pill should be a 5 mg prednisone tablet. The pill is round and white and imprinted with 54 612 on one side.
The opposite side has a score which is way off-center compared to the pill described online. The score is also very obvious, line a thick, pencil-drawn line. The picture of the pill on the pill bottle is scored down the middle as it should be. The NDC is 00054472825. I have been unable to find this exact pill with the off-center score online. An example of the correct description would be imprinted as 5052/DAN/DAN with NDC 00591505201. The pill is scored down the middle of the tablet (as it should be).
What is this pill: 54 612 White?

No, I've already looked at the link you provided. What I'm saying is that the picture on the computer screen does not match the actual pill in my pill bottle. It shows what the pill should look like. I repeat: the scoring on the actual pill in my pill bottle is offset quite a bit from the center.
