It is a generic version of the antidepressant Lexapro.
Description: Escitalopram Tablets USP, 10 mg are white to off-white, oval shaped, biconvex film-coated tablets debossed with ‘F’ on one side and ‘54’ on the other side with a deep scoreline between ‘5’ and ‘4’.
