It is an energy pill called stackers.i own these. You can get them from rite aid ,dollar store etc right out of the aisle.provides energy.

The pill is a Stacker 2 Ephedra Free, over-the-counter "fat burner" pill.

It is possibly a Stacker dietary supplement - the 224 3850 imprint is common to many (if not all) of their products.
The pill you have described is not listed on the current product list so it may be old or discontinued.
Sorry cannot provide further info to support this.
