I was in the hospital with low hemoglobin and iron... I started at 1 a day and tomorrow I have to start 2. What is the best source of iron? I have no appetite at all..
I have to take 2 325mg iron pills a day, should I take them both a the same time?

Sorry you are needing the iron. My hubby took his with a meal. breakfast and dinner worked. Foods with iron are beef and red meats, have a steak, all dark green vegetables like kale, spinach, etc. typical salad doesn't have much to any depending upon lettuce. Best to have iron and meat together for absorption.
