Have you discussed this with your doctor? There's room to possibly increase your dosage and you might also want to ask about an add-on medication such as Abilify or Rexulti. They are thought to be helpful in treating anxiety disorders and may booster the effects of your Paxil.
No medication will entirely control anxiety but you might be able to get more relief than what you have now.
