Usual Adult Dose for Postoperative Ocular Inflammation
1 to 2 drops into the affected eye(s) 4 times a day beginning 24 hours after surgery and continuing for 2 weeks.
Usual Adult Dose for Uveitis
1 to 2 drops into the affected eye every hour during waking hours for the first week, then 1 drop every 2 hours during waking hours the second week, then taper to clinical response until uveitis resolved.

Precautions
To avoid contamination, patients should be instructed to avoid allowing the tip of the container to contact the eye, eyelid, fingers or any other surface.
Contact lenses should not be worn during use due to benzalkonium chloride preservative.
Intraocular pressure should be routinely monitored if used for 10 or more days.
Safety and effectiveness have not been established in pediatric patients (less than 18 years of age).
