Important warnings This medicine can cause some serious health issues

You should not use this medicine if you have a hole in your ear drum (ruptured ear drum).

Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction while taking acetic acid/aluminum acetate otic: hives; difficult breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.

Stop using this medicine and call your doctor at once if you have severe burning or other irritation after using the ear drops.

Common side effects may include mild stinging or burning with the first use.
