If you are currently taking or have taken siponimod within the past month, you should talk to your doctor before receiving tetanus toxoid. Depending on the length of time you have been on siponimod, you may have a reduced response to the vaccine. In some situations, your doctor may want to withhold treatment with siponimod for a period of time prior to and after receiving your vaccination.
