Olutasidenib may reduce the blood levels of cinacalcet, which may make the medication less effective in some cases. Contact your doctor if your symptoms worsen or your condition changes. Food can enhance the levels of cinacalcet in your body. Cinacalcet should be taken just after eating food. Do not take it on an empty stomach. This will make it easier for your body to absorb the medication. Do not crush, chew, or break the tablets. Swallow them whole.

Olutasidenib should be taken at about the same time each day, on an empty stomach at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal. Talk to your doctor if you have any questions or concerns.
