Your healthcare provider may be able to manage this risk with a dose adjustment or additional monitoring. You should seek immediate medical attention if you experience an irregular heartbeat or feel dizzy, lightheaded, or faint during treatment. Mavorixafor should be taken on an empty stomach after an overnight fast, 30 minutes before food.
