If you are currently being treated or have been treated with teplizumab within the last 52 weeks, you should talk to your doctor before receiving rotavirus vaccine. You may be at risk for developing an infection from rotavirus vaccine or have a reduced response to it. If you have recently received rotavirus vaccine, your doctor may choose to postpone treatment with teplizumab for 8 weeks. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
