Everolimus is used in the treatment of Neuroendocrine Tumors; Breast Cancer; Tuberous Sclerosis Complex; Organ Transplant, Rejection Prophylaxis; Renal Angiomyolipoma and belongs to the drug classes mTOR inhibitors, selective immunosuppressants. There is positive evidence of human fetal risk during pregnancy. Everolimus 10 mg is not a controlled substance under the Controlled Substances Act (CSA).
