MONITOR: The neuromuscular blocking effects of pancuronium may be increased in patients concurrently receiving thiotepa, and apnea may occur. The mechanism is not known.

MANAGEMENT: If these agents are to be used concurrently, close monitoring of neuromuscular function and respiration is recommended.
