Ask your doctor before using cimetidine together with cloZAPine. Using cimetidine together with cloZAPine can increase the blood levels or add to the side effects of cloZAPine. This can cause shallow breathing, shortness of breath, weak pulse, muscle weakness, headache, excessive drowsiness, and slurred speech. If your doctor prescribes these medications together, you may need a dose adjustment or special tests to safely use these medications together. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
