Interactions between your drugs
immune globulin intravenous and subcutaneous pozelimab
Applies to: immune globulin intravenous and subcutaneous and pozelimab
GENERALLY AVOID: Intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIg) treatment may decrease serum concentrations of pozelimab. IVIg interferes with the endosomal neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) recycling mechanism of monoclonal antibodies such as pozelimab, which may lead to decreased serum concentrations of pozelimab.
MANAGEMENT: Concomitant use of pozelimab with IVIg should be generally avoided. If concomitant use cannot be avoided, patients should be monitored for signs and symptoms suggesting worsening of their condition.
