Drug interactions
Moderate drug interactions
Moderate:
anti-thymocyte globulin (rabbit) delgocitinib topical
Applies to: Thymoglobulin (anti-thymocyte globulin (rabbit)) and delgocitinib topical
Using anti-thymocyte globulin (rabbit) together with delgocitinib topical can increase the risk of serious and potentially life-threatening infections, as well as some cancers. Talk to your doctor if you have any questions or concerns. Your doctor may already be aware of the risks, but has determined that this is the best course of treatment for you and has taken appropriate precautions and is monitoring you closely for any potential complications. Contact your doctor immediately if you develop signs and symptoms of infection such as fever, chills, diarrhea, sore throat, muscle aches, shortness of breath, blood in phlegm, weight loss, red or inflamed skin, body sores, and pain or burning during urination. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.

Disease interactions
4 potential interactions Applies to: 4 conditions, including Infection, Immunodeficiency, Bone Marrow Depression/Low Blood Counts, and Vaccination.
Bone Marrow Depression/Low Blood Counts
Major:
Thymoglobulin
The anti-thymocyte globulin (rabbit) in Thymoglobulin has a major potential interaction with Bone Marrow Depression/Low Blood Counts.
The use of anti-thymocyte globulin [rabbit] is contraindicated in patients who have active acute or chronic infections that contraindicate any additional immunosuppression. To prevent over-immunosuppression, physicians may wish to decrease the dose of the maintenance immunosuppression regimen during the period of therapy use. Low counts of platelets and white blood cells (including low counts of lymphocytes and neutrophils) have been identified and are reversible following dose adjustments. It is recommended to monitor patients carefully and administer appropriate anti-infective treatment when indicated. Also, total white blood cell and platelet counts should be monitored.
Immunodeficiency
Major:
Thymoglobulin
The anti-thymocyte globulin (rabbit) in Thymoglobulin has a major potential interaction with Immunodeficiency.

Infection
Major:
Thymoglobulin
The anti-thymocyte globulin (rabbit) in Thymoglobulin has a major potential interaction with Infection.

Vaccination
Major:
Thymoglobulin
The anti-thymocyte globulin (rabbit) in Thymoglobulin has a major potential interaction with Vaccination.
Patients recently treated with anti-thymocyte globulin [rabbit] should not receive immunizations with live viral vaccines.

Drug Interaction Classification
| Highly clinically significant. Avoid combinations; the risk of the interaction outweighs the benefit. | |
| Moderately clinically significant. Usually avoid combinations; use it only under special circumstances. | |
| Minimally clinically significant. Minimize risk; assess risk and consider an alternative drug, take steps to circumvent the interaction risk and/or institute a monitoring plan. | |
