You should seek immediate medical attention if you develop sudden dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, shortness of breath, or heart palpitations during treatment with hydroxychloroquine. Food may reduce the absorption and blood levels of multivitamin, prenatal. You should take multivitamin, prenatal on an empty stomach at least one hour before or two hours after a meal.
