Precautions
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
- History of a severe allergic reaction (e.g., anaphylaxis) to the active component or any of the ingredients
Safety and efficacy have not been established in patients younger than 18 years.

Administration advice:
- Administer IM.
- Do not shake.
Storage requirements:
- Minimize exposure to room light and avoid exposure to direct sunlight and UV light.
- Frozen storage: Store frozen between -40C to -15C (-40F to 5F).
- Storage after thawing:
- Prefilled syringes may be stored refrigerated between 2C to 8C (36F to 46F) for up to 30 days before use.
- Prefilled syringes may be stored between 8C to 25C (46F to 77F) for a total of 24 hours after removal from refrigerated conditions; discard if not used within this time. Do not return syringes to the refrigerator after being thawed at room temperature.
- Do not refreeze after thawing.
Reconstitution/preparation techniques:
- The frozen suspension in the prefilled syringe must be thawed before administration.
- Thaw each syringe before use, either in the refrigerator or at room temperature.
- The manufacturer product information should be consulted for thawing condition and times.
General:
- This drug is a white to off-white suspension that may contain visible white or translucent product-related particulates; do not administer if it is discolored or contains other particulate matter.
