Care should be exercised when using ubrogepant in patients with severe hepatic impairment. Dose adjustment is recommended for these patients. No dose adjustment is recommended for patients with mild or moderate hepatic impairment.

Ubrogepant (applies to ubrogepant) renal impairment
Moderate Potential Hazard, Moderate plausibility. Applicable conditions: Renal Dysfunction
It is recommended to avoid the use of ubrogepant in patients with end-stage renal disease (CrCl <15 mL/min). No dosing recommendations can be made for these patients. A dose adjustment is recommended for patients with severe renal impairment (CrCl 15-29 mL/min). No dose adjustments are recommended for patients with mild or moderate renal impairment.
