Agalsidase beta Disease Interactions
There is 1 disease interaction with agalsidase beta.
Alpha-galactosidase A proteins (applies to agalsidase beta) cardiac function
Moderate Potential Hazard, Moderate plausibility. Applicable conditions: Heart Disease
Appropriate medical support measures should be readily available when administering alpha-galactosidase A enzyme replacement therapy (ERT) due to the potential for severe infusion-associated reactions. Compromised cardiac function may predispose patients to a higher risk of severe complications from infusion-associated reactions. Closely monitor patients with compromised cardiac function during administration of ERT.
