"Flukes are more common in the US now, especially inland lakes and certain rivers. Their eggs can be in unwashed water veggies, like sprouts or when inland fish is eaten & not cleaned too well. If you happen to eat these super small things, yeah, you get fluke. It's scary but the medication was very mild and I took this for 2 days and the next week 2 days. Once is not the best dose because if some eggs are missed, you want them killed very soon with another dose. NO side effects at all. Very good outcome."
