For Constipation "I have been constipated for many years and have tried many things. None has worked as well as Citrucel powder. Metamucil made me so gassy I had to stop taking it. Citrucel has no side effects for me. I like the original powder and am finding it difficult to find. I don't want to ingest the aspartame in the sugar free one."

"Citrucel helps bulk the stool when loose. I have gastric issues with coffee and milk products. I put two kitchen teaspoons in one 16.9 oz bottle of water, shake, drink over 15 min. Orange flavored. Originally, I took it daily for several weeks. Now I just take one bottle a day, maybe a second day, then I'm good for several days. (And I love my cereal and milk/lactose-free/plant whatever works.)"

For Constipation "I have constipation from opioids and this worked really well for me I took the caplets and I only need 2 caplets a day and it works with no side effects really happy I found this supplement/drug!"
