For Abnormal Uterine Bleeding "I am taking Alesse-21 to stop heavy bleeding and debilitating cramps was basically pointless because at least there was a break when I wasn’t on it. Now it’s just continual heavy bleeding with painful cramps, clots, and all - no matter if I’m in the middle of my packet or not. As I’m typing this I’m literally getting another cramp flare up. Also the acne - I’ve always had dry skin that’s always had clear skin and controllable acne when it wasn’t - but now my skin is just so oily, and it breaks out like crazy"

For Birth Control "I started taking Alesse at the start of 2020. I used to take Diane-35 before . I started when I was 17 and had this one to help with my acne, which didn't actually help because I had to take accutane. Anyway, in January I asked my doctor to prescribe me another one since I didn't see the need to continue with Diane-35. I just realized that my anxiety has worsened, to the point that I wake up almost everyday with anxiety. I am an anxious person but it has never been this bad. I do think it might be because of this birth control, so I am going to stop it and see if changes anything"

For Birth Control "I am in my third package and I have to tell you that I cannot be more satisfied and happy with this pill, no side effects at all, my period comes normally, I have no acne, no headaches, no cramps, no spotting, no weight gain, no nothing, and most important no pregnacies LOL! I highly recommend this pill but remember every woman is different and every human body is different so maybe what is good for me it is not good for you. It is up to you and your doctor. Cheers!"

"I was so nervous about taking this due to the reviews I read about this. I had tried many other birth control pills years ago and had terrible mental health side effects. However, I’ve been on Alesse 21 now for 3 weeks and have had zero side effects. I actually feel a lift in mood and a higher sex drive. I hope it continues to work."

For Birth Control "I just started taking Alesse 6 days are ago, I'm stopping it!!!!!!!!!! I feel so so so much nausea, terrible headaches, mood swings, decreased sex drive. I don't recommend this."
