Caverject Impulse (alprostadil) for Erectile Dysfunction "I had been on oral medication for ED for years and then my urology nurse said I had to be switched to ED injections. So I arrived for my appointment with a nervous feeling. The male nurse showed me the box of Caverject. The box had two needles, neither seemed that big. My nurse mixed the solution and tablet together in a small glass and the injection was ready as soon as the mixture went clear. I was shown how to retract my foreskin and wiped the vial and my penis with two alcohol wipes. My nurse did the injection then I had to press on my penis. Then I was shown how to massage the fluid along my penis and ten minutes later my erection was more than satisfactory. My erection has returned to pre-prostate surgery. This ED injection is painless and now I feel my young age of 49. Definitely worth considering this as the results were instant for me."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I have tried all the oral medications for erectile dysfunction and had to stop due to being diagnosed with angina. After having TURP prostate surgery, I am in the category for Caverject Vial. I had a urology appointment and the box was unpacked, and the contents looked complicated. My urology nurse mixed the solution and got the needle prepared. The needle is so small I was not fazed by it, and the nurse showed me which part of my penis to inject. Oh my word, within 20 minutes I had a semi-erection. The nurse explained that the results might be better away from the clinic. Two days later, I tried the injection and within 15 minutes, I had an erection like in my younger years."

Caverject (alprostadil) for Erectile Dysfunction "I’m a 49-year-old with type 1 Diabetes (27 years) and Bipolar Disorder. I’m insulin-dependent, have neuropathy, and take Lithium, Topiramate, Bupropion, Prazosin, Atorvastatin, and Esomeprazole, which all affect erectile functioning. I used Viagra for 20 years until it stopped working recently. I take the Edex 20mcg injection and get fully erect about half the time. I’m going to request an increase to 40mcg. An interesting side effect for me: I cannot climax on this medication. I’ve tried. I used to have a minor problem with premature ejaculation (PE), but the other night I comfortably had sex nonstop for two hours. I never did climax. Bizarre. A great drug that cures erectile dysfunction (ED) and PE?!?!?! Wow."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I have tried everything going and this is the only thing that works for me, the injections I don't feel any pain I am currently on 40 mg and get a good erection. I find it's better to keep yourself shaved so you can see any veins, the needle goes in very easy, after years of putting up and being too embarrassed to get help I wish I would have done it year's ago."

For Erectile Dysfunction "Used Muse to start with then moved to Alprostadil 10mg. Now 5yrs later and a problem up with using urine control tablet which caused it to go down as fast as it went up? Stopped taking that tab and all was OK as I had increased dose when I had the problem. I was using 50mg but was getting problems like being very tired and wobbly. Urologist said don't use over 40mg and stopped taking the problem tab. I did but I had to leave the dose at 30mg at least to last an hour or more? Before that incident I could get an erection for well over an hour and semi hard for at least another hour or more!! Had a bit of bruising and some blood but if you check well before you can miss a vein. Disposal is easy."

For Erectile Dysfunction "Cialis 5mg daily was okay for ED but not consistently brilliant results. (I'd say 1 in 5 times no success) I got 20 mcg Alprostadil as Caverject from an online doctor/pharmacy setup. What can I say. First experiment saw a good solid erection appear within 5 minutes with no sexual stimulation at all. After 15 minutes still a great erection that survived walking around and even gentle exercise. I'm sure it could have gone on but the concept was proved 100% so I relaxed one out a happy man. The injection is painless and the results amazing. I don't think I'm exaggerating to say this is gonna change my life. Even when I was 20 I didn't have a 15 minute erection I could rely on."

Edex (alprostadil) for Erectile Dysfunction "I have a serious heart condition. I must take nitrates to lower my blood pressure. They are the only ones that work. Taking oral ED medication lowers my blood pressure to a dangerous level. (I have ended up in the ER twice) My urologist suggested Edex, I agreed to try it. I started with 5 mcg. It is very simple to administer and it does not hurt. I was not satisfied with my erection so I chalked it up to first time jitters and too low of a dosage. The next time was even easier to administer and I bumped up to 10mcg and let me tell you, before I could dispose of the needle, vile and wash my hands, I had a raging erection. From the time of the initial injection to foreplay, intercourse (2 times) and finally falling asleep, it was close to 4 hours of an amazing erection and sex. However, I’m going back to 5mcg for my wife’s sake. It’s too much. Cheers!"

Muse (alprostadil) for Erectile Dysfunction "The first time I tried Muse (1000mcg), I took the foil pouch from refrigerator and placed it on the counter for 15 minutes. After unwrapping the applicator, and while standing, I lubricated the applicator with K-Y and held my penis upright. While pulling my foreskin back to expose my urethra, I inserted the applicator into the shaft. As the applicator was traveling thru the head, it felt warm and expanded. After inserting the rest of the way and then pressing the button, I could feel a sharp warming feeling, and I could feel the sensation of the suppository traveling downward toward the base. I did not roll my penis as instructed, but I located the absorbing suppository in my urethra and gently massaged until I could feel most of the absorption at the lower half of my shaft. My erection proceeded from there very slowly and gave me a warm/tingly sensation but no urethral burning. My penis erection was rigid to penetrate, but not as hard as one of my better erections."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I have fought gradual neurogenic erectile dysfunction as a result of being diagnosed with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis 20 years ago. For Erectile Dysfunction "At age 72, I had a TURP procedure that solved frequent urination but left me with a worse case of ED. Chemical therapy worked less than ideal. Now using aprostadil 100% of time and well pleased. Erection became slightly curved which took some adjustment to allow full entry for my wife, and there is slight pain, but far outweighs the benefit. One drawback is I must purchase 5 vials at a time and 3-4 injections per vial and shelf life is too short, even when freezing unopened vial."
