Bisoprolol is a beta blocker. In the drug interactions checker I did not see anything against using it with any MAOIs currently in the market. I have seen on some sites they do not recommend to use certain types of blood pressure medication with an MAOI mainly because it will enhance the action of the blood pressure medication and may cause hypotension. Does Bisoprolol fall into this list? And if so, could it perhaps be possible to take a reduced dose of it while taking an MAOI?
Can you take Bisoprolol with an MAOI?
