I have gone though more than a year of chemo therapy with little success and the oncologist is now trying immunotherapy. I understand there is a 2nd phase trial with Keytruda specifically addressing Mesothelioma going on in Chicago.

I want to try a one time trial to see if I have any results before purchasing a large regimine. I have access to 20mg dosage. Is this to much? If my Dr. says it is risky does that mean a definite no not taking it one time. What would be the main side effect of taking it once?
